For the third consecutive year, the ArabOverclockers editorial team attended COMPUTEX as an official media partner, spending several days on the show floor meeting with engineers, product managers, and industry leaders while gaining hands-on access to the latest innovations before they reach the market.

Our coverage extended far beyond official press conferences and product announcements. Every product featured in this report was evaluated through direct observation, technical discussions with development teams, and extensive editorial analysis. Throughout the exhibition, we examined hundreds of products spanning enthusiast motherboards, graphics cards, storage devices, cooling systems, power supplies, PC cases, AI infrastructure, enterprise hardware, robotics, and next-generation computing platforms.

Among this remarkable collection of new technologies, only a select few demonstrated the combination of engineering excellence, originality, and practical value required to earn recognition.

This year’s awards program also represents an important evolution of the ArabOverclockers Awards initiative.

Alongside our Best of COMPUTEX 2026 Awards, which recognize the exhibition’s most outstanding commercial products, we introduced a new category: Innovation Recognition Awards. The ArabOverclockers Awards Philosophy at COMPUTEX 2026

Since launching the ArabOverclockers Awards during our COMPUTEX coverage in 2024, our objective has never been to simply compile a list of impressive products. Instead, we set out to establish an independent editorial benchmark that highlights technologies deserving of genuine recognition while providing enthusiasts and professionals with a trusted perspective on the industry’s most significant innovations.

As COMPUTEX has continued to evolve, so too has our awards program. Today’s exhibition showcases far more than finished consumer products ready for retail shelves. Evaluating every exhibit through a single set of criteria no longer reflects the diversity of innovation present at the show.

For that reason, ArabOverclockers expanded its awards program in 2026 into two complementary categories, each built around a distinct editorial philosophy.

Best of COMPUTEX 2026 represents the highest distinction awarded by ArabOverclockers during the exhibition. It recognizes products that achieve an exceptional balance of innovation, engineering quality, execution, user experience, performance, and overall value. Winning this award requires far more than impressive specifications, it requires delivering a product capable of redefining expectations within its category.

The newly introduced Innovation Recognition Awards serve a different purpose. Rather than focusing exclusively on finished consumer products, they celebrate engineering breakthroughs, research initiatives, manufacturing innovations, and technical concepts that advance the industry itself, even when those technologies are not yet intended for immediate commercial release.

By separating these two categories, we believe each award more accurately reflects the different forms innovation can take at a modern technology exhibition.

Not every revolutionary idea becomes a consumer product immediately.

Likewise, not every successful commercial product fundamentally changes the direction of the industry.

Both deserve recognition, but for different reasons.

This editorial distinction allowed us to evaluate every technology within the proper context while maintaining the integrity and consistency of our selection process.

The result is a carefully curated collection of products and innovations that, in our view, represent the very best COMPUTEX 2026 had to offer not only based on what exists today, but on what will shape the future of computing tomorrow.

How We Selected the Winners

Selecting the recipients of the ArabOverclockers Best of COMPUTEX 2026 Awards is a process that extends far beyond reviewing specification sheets or listening to product presentations. Every product considered for an award was evaluated through direct, hands-on examination at the exhibition, technical discussions with engineers and product specialists, and extensive editorial debate within our team.

Throughout COMPUTEX 2026, we visited dozens of booths and examined hundreds of newly announced products across virtually every major category of the PC industry. These included motherboards, graphics cards, storage devices, cooling solutions, power supplies, PC chassis, networking products, enterprise platforms, AI infrastructure, and emerging computing technologies.

Each product was assessed against a consistent set of editorial criteria designed to identify genuine innovation rather than incremental improvements.

Innovation naturally remained one of the most important considerations, but novelty alone was never enough. We also evaluated the quality of execution, engineering sophistication, practical usefulness, long-term relevance, and the potential influence each product could have on its respective market segment.

In many cases, the deciding factor was not higher performance or additional features, but the ability to solve an existing engineering challenge through an elegant and well-executed design. We believe true innovation is measured not simply by what is added to a product, but by how effectively it improves the overall user experience or advances the industry as a whole.

Because COMPUTEX frequently serves as the launch platform for technologies that will not reach consumers for months, we also considered each product’s long-term significance. Some innovations may not transform the market overnight, yet they clearly point toward where the industry is heading. Recognizing these technologies has always been one of the defining objectives of the ArabOverclockers Awards.

At the same time, popularity played no role in our decision-making process. Products receiving the greatest media attention or generating the largest crowds were not automatically considered award winners. Likewise, several high-profile launches ultimately received no award because, despite impressive marketing, they did not satisfy the editorial standards we established for this year’s program.

The credibility of any award depends first and foremost on the independence of the organization presenting it. For that reason, every winner was selected solely through the editorial judgment of the ArabOverclockers team following extensive internal discussion and direct comparison with competing products observed throughout the exhibition. Commercial relationships, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and public popularity had absolutely no influence on the final decisions.

Our objective was never to recognize the largest number of companies. Instead, we sought to honor only those products and technologies that genuinely demonstrated excellence in engineering, innovation, execution, and long-term value.

The result is a carefully curated selection that we believe represents the finest innovations showcased at COMPUTEX 2026, not merely the most exciting products available today, but the technologies most likely to shape the future direction of the PC industry.

ASRock Taichi 360 Holo

Closed-loop liquid coolers have advanced considerably over the past several years, particularly in thermal performance. Design innovation, however, has often been limited to larger LCD displays or subtle cosmetic refinements. At COMPUTEX 2026, ASRock chose a very different direction with the Taichi 360 Holo, introducing a concept that successfully combines visual innovation with practical engineering in a single product.

The Taichi 360 Holo is the industry’s first all-in-one liquid cooler to feature a true three-dimensional holographic visual effect powered by Persistence of Vision (POV) technology. ARGB LEDs integrated into the rotating fan blades generate layered 3D graphics that appear to float above the pump housing while the fan is in motion, creating an effect unlike anything previously seen in the AIO cooling market.

Unlike many products where aesthetics come at the expense of functionality, the holographic display is integrated into a fan that also provides airflow around the CPU socket area, helping cool nearby motherboard components. Instead, the company successfully employed advanced visualization technology to create a distinctive user experience while preserving practical functionality.
